WV paving is terrible. Their drivers ignore all street signs and speed limits. Destroys people's private property with no care or concern. Throw black top/ asphalt over onto people's property instead of properly disposing. Don't take the time to pave road and NOT the drains which has now created excess water flow into the streets instead into the draining systems.
