The Ashton team as a whole are good with a couple of rude exceptions but Barclays as a company are terrible. Glad I only have to deal with them through work and not as a personal banking customer.

Fantastic service, staff and manager are brilliant. I am a keyworker and needed to sort something urgently but online banking wasn't working so I went into the branch and they sorted it within minutes for me.

Best bank in the world, i know some reviews on here or complaining like 1 an 3 years ago, but still? Get with the generation (Jollyes Ashton) sending a \FAX\ really, either print it out an post or better yet, theirs a little something called E'mail am not surprised you had an hard time, i haven't seen a fax machine in like 15 years? I just wish they didn't do so much updating online, its like almost every weekend, but for all i know that could be security changes, which is good. so they get 5 stars.
