I work for the MOD, we have vehicles at your location currently under repair. All work carried out is always completed without fuss or hesitation. Definitely recommend your services for body work and repairs, however your Web page could do with updating. Example - you are able to conduct MOT's on your website but when requested, unfortunately you cannot and do not carry out such a service.

Dropped off car last week and given on line estimates of completion. Updated with an email stating exact day repairs would be completed. Car returned in as new condition and would have no problem giving 100% recommendation. Communication was superb and standard of work exemplary. Also superb service afforded by Amanda taking us through the paperwork etc. Don’t go anywhere else this firm is superb.

Having worked in Insurance for a number of years and having dealt with Ashgrove in the past I know I would receive a high standard of service. Whilst my car was being repaired I received a courtesy car. A couple of days later I discovered I had a flat tyre, I rang the office and they were really helpful, they sent a mechanic up who replaced the damaged tyre with the spare. This allowed me to continue with my day without any hassle. When I collected my own car later that day I was told there wasn’t a charge for the repair/replacement tyre. Being heavy pregnant this was a lovely surprise and very generous. Ashgrove have lovely, friendly customer service. I was kept up to date by emails. My car was returned to me in a matter of days washed and clean inside and out. And extremely happy with the repair. I would definitely recommend Ashgrove. Great service.
