I have been at this practice for over five years the reception staff are really friendly and always try to help where they can, practice manager Kyra I think her name is,has been brilliant regarding an issue that I had and has since now been resolved .my dentist Alistair is wonderful I’m incredibly nervous he’s always softly spoken and always puts me at ease

I have always found this dentist practice very good, staff are friendly and efficient. I have had a appointment cancelled at the last minute but that was because the dentist I saw was ill, which can happen anywhere, as for waiting a long time for an appointment, it's a very busy practice so sometimes you do have to wait, i know they have emergency appointments, and if they can't fit you in they will refer you to one of their other practices if you are in pain.
