I'll be flying in for the holidays & want to have a custom mat cut for a gift while I'm there. I'm aware that framing takes time so I called ahead to get the ball rolling. The woman I spoke to was quick to dismiss me & told me she was a custom framer, not a supplier. She refused to answer any of my questions & practically hung up on me. These people are incredibly rude. I dont know how anyone can stay in business with service like that. AVOID AT ALL COST.
