My husband has been waiting 2.5 hours to renew his ID so he can see his doctor. Others have been waiting over 5 hour. No staff has explained or apologized to the people waitin . He's already missed his appointment, and every number he tries to call goes directly to voicemail. No one on base can be reached to reschedule the appointment. He is a veteran and has just worked a 12 hour night shift and can't sleep until after this appointment. This is NOT the way to treat veterans. Unacceptable!!!

My Husband was well taken care of while we lived in TN. No complaints at all. Thanking God for VA Outpatient clinics.. God bless our Military
