Bought a car here it had a problem. They took care of it as fast as they could and the repairs cost me nothing. My sales rep did a great job reaching out to management to make sure that my concerns where taken care of promptly. The repairs took about a day in a half. If I didn't have to come back in to renew my rental at the time I would have saved a few hours out of my day and would have given 5 stars. While I feel like the list price was a bit high I understand that they have to make money as well to keep people employed. The entire experience of buying a car here was a 4/5. The customer service is a 10/10 though they really care about what people have to say and actually want their customers happy. Overall the workers here are good people with good intentions. The management went out of there way to make sure I had the best experience possible and I really do appreciate that. I would recommend them as a dealership because of the effort they went through to make me happy. When I first wrote my review I started at 1 start and have increased the stars as the experience has improved. This is a real review and not a paid review. if you took the time to read this I hope it will give you some insight on this dealerships dedication to its customers.

The sales group work to satisfy requests and needs. Ed, in conjunction with the other team members had a knowledgeable, flexible and responsive attitude. They made my buying experience 'not' an all-day experience.... which was of utmost importance...... and I absolutely love my new Venue!

I give these guys 5 stars. They was very prompt, very professional, very helpful. Byron was my rep and he was fantastic. It was an easy conversation, flow, and just comfortable situation. Byron very seamlessly shifted gears with me from this car to that or this topic or that! Bernardo is in finance and he was also prompt and great. Both men are more than efficient and qualified for their jobs!!All the staff was great in that they was unmoved by me having a very busy, curious, bored 7 year old. Snacks available for him and everything:) I will continue to go back!!

Great experience the team really worked to not make it the typical pushy car buying situation. Josh was my sales man, now to be up front he was new and at times it was obvious, but as a Team the Senior sales staff and management really stepped up to ensure that he had the answers to the questions that arose. If this is how a transaction goes with a new sales team member I can only imagine how seamless it would be after training.
