Vic&Ash Clothing

Purchased some Cindies brand toys from this store and they items don’t even work! I was given instructions when buying but it didn’t helped. I called the store to ask for help but was given short answers. Can’t return it so they don’t care about assisting you. I asked about the warranty information and was told to look at the box. Service could be much better. Won’t be visiting again. Rather go to a more reputable store.

My sister came home crying today after visiting this place because one of the clerks here called her fat. She was just wanting help to find her size, NOT that clerk's opinion on her weight. Find better help to run this store.

I usually love going into the store and shopping. Customer service is typically great! However. This location forces its customers to wear a mask. It is my prerogative and right to choose to wear one. If the company wants the employees to wear them, I completely understand that. What I do not understand is how now I can not even go into a store I like due to their restrictions. This company obviously isn't hurting for money if they wont let everyone in.

I went in knowing nothing and got so much help on my size for an outfit, what thigh thighs I needed, how to use the clips with the top I got, plus all my questions answers in a knowledgable and easy going fashion. I absolutely loved my shopping experience and will definitely be back.
