Quality of the product is perfect. The only issue is that instead of being cut to 3m, it was slanted, being 290cm at one end and 305cm at the other, which obviously doesn't work in a normal shaped room. Contacted the company, their replies were delayed with poor English which made it harder to understand their communications. In the end, they wanted to charge me 40 to send me a replacement, in order to correct their mistake. I made it very clear I wouldn't be giving them any more money. It's a shame as if the product had simply been cut to the correct size this would be a 5* review.

I bought 30mm coast grass, after receiving good quality advice on the range of products and how to fit. I am really pleased with the product and service amid difficult trading conditions due to Covid.

I was reassured multiple times that if I paid extra for delivery they would be given to me within a selected time frame. This was not the case. Nearly 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the grass despite being reassured that it would have taken a couple of days when I bought it. It was not even processed until the day it was due to arrive. Furthermore, I was constantly lied to about the progress of the grass because each time I called I was told it was placed in the front of the van and I’d get it tomorrow. After the fourth time I was done and asked for a refund. Their customer service is absolutely appalling as they made clear misrepresentations and continually lied to me. Now I have to find artificial grass elsewhere within a day as I have hired equipment that needs to be returned tomorrow. Do not buy from these people as you are better off elsewhere and you will struggle to get anybody to help you as it takes 30 minutes to get anybody to answer the phone let alone respond to an email. They have completely ruined my garden project and they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Do not use unless you want to waste your time

Quick at taking my money last week but I'm yet to be told when I'm going to receive my order. No confirmation email has been sent just yet. Called easily 50 times but nobody replies. I would not recommend.

We ordered through Amazon. There were multiple delays in delivery from lost parcels, to other excuses. I was lied to via email and telephone. We had paid someone to fit the artificial grass and because the grass didn’t actually arrive for a month, and only due to me constantly chasing, we ended up having to fit it ourselves and lost the money we’d already paid out. This was promised to be half refunded to us in goodwill. They’re completely ignoring my emails now, and told me that the ‘upgrade’ we had was as a goodwill gesture. The upgrade was 15 more expensive, and agreed after actually being told that the grass I ordered wasn’t great quality. Avoid.
