I paid 180 to have an item repaired at this shop. Immediately upon returning home and plugging it in It did not work and actually tripped a circuit breaker. I return the item and then waited a few months to hear back, never heard anything. Once I finally reached the owner he said he was waiting on some information on how to fix it. I was very patient and waited many more months to call again same story. I was scheduled for surgery when I drop the item off, right about the two year anniversary of my surgery I went back and finally picked up my item. I asked if I would get any money back and he asked me if I had a receipt. I said no sorry it's been 2 years he says well I can't do anything for you. I asked about maybe some credit to get something else repaired and he denied me even that. Needless to say I'm never going back, I don't understand why somebody would do business like that.

Paid over 200 dollars to get a tv fixed and got it back still broken. Took it back and said there was more issues he couldn't get parts for so now I am out 200 dollars and still have a broken tv and need to buy a new one. Money down the drain. Edit: To respond to the below, the original work order is dated July 13th so I am not sure where you got a February date. My Father in Law brought the TV in and had the repairs done and when he brought the TV home it was not fixed. Yes, it displayed something but half the screen didn't work properly. He brought it back to you as soon as practical but this tv never worked properly in between the two times it was in the shop, I am not sure why it was sent home with him. I understand it is not your fault they no longer make the displays but when you were relied on for a proper diagnostic of the issue (which a deposit was put down for) it should have revealed the tv was not able to be repaired and the 200 dollars should not have been spent on a tv that couldn't be fixed.

The tech who came out was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and very personable. They fixed my 70" Vizio in under a week. Picked it up, he was very cautious putting it in his van, and covered it up to prevent any damages. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to anyone. I am VERY Satisfied! AND Many is an honest and professional person in the knowledge of the new technogia leds 4K SMART HUD
