Everything about this hospital seems to be screwed up. Visiting the place was like getting stuck in a B horror movie. People are unfriendly and treat you like an idiot. The place is dark, gloomy, and creepy, definitely not a place you want to be when you're hurt or sick. After following up with my local doctor, it's clear we got the wrong treatment. Right now I'm trying to contact them about a billing issue. They sent me to collections because I never got a bill after insurance paid their share. How am I supposed to pay a bill I never got?! How am I supposed to know how much to pay and where to send payment if I can't even contact them!? They have all of my contact info, phone, address, etc. There's no reason they shouldn't have contacted me about money I supposedly owe them. I'm attempting to call them right now, but the phone just rings and rings. Nobody ever answers. I tried the "contact us" link on their website, but it errored out. Dealing with this hospital is a nightmare. My suggestion: avoid this place like the plague.
