Horrible experience. They where not helpful, and where in a rush for me to make a decision when I was there at their office. When I left the facility I tried getting a hold of a Doctor to answer a few questions I had in mind that where worrying me. The receptionist was extremely rude first hung up the phone on me because I didn’t want to share my questions with her. I told her I felt comfortable speaking with a Doctor who would be able to answer my questions. When I tried calling back she told me the Doctor was to busy to speak with me. She told me “All I can do is leave a message, and hopefully she can get back in touch with you.” They where not understanding nor helpful. I will never go back to their office ever again.
Terrible experience. After my first visit, I left the facility and tried getting a hold of a Doctor to answer a few questions I had in mind that where worrying me. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. She wouldn’t transfer me to speak with a doctor. She hung up the phone. Never again will I be coming back to this place. They’re not friendly nor helpful.
I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect!! Dr was amazing and took as much time as I needed.
