I ordered a uv quartz glass tube and when I received it, it was unfortunately cracked. I contacted Perry and he replaced it straight away and I received it the very next day. Brilliant after service. Would definitely recommend and use Aquacadabra again.

Have ordered from them several times and have no complaints. Delivery can be slightly slow, but not excessively so. Tends to take 3 days to get item, but its free. Would be nice to have a next day option if I did need something in a rush.
I bought Tetra tap Safe from here and they were really quick off the mark and good value. I will need to shop with them again soon. Recommended.
Ordered a few bits from Aquacadabra now. Always well packaged and a quick delivery! Prices always seem to match all the other retail outlets and much cheaper to buy online compared to my local shop. Will bulk buy some food shortly for my hungry koi
