Very easy experience. I was only the passenger but I could see the reception, flight line crew and management were very pleasant to work with. They were all happy, helpful and held doors open. My Yukon was pulled up next to the jet when I exited. I stepped off the jet right into my suv. It was running with 2 chocolate chip cookies and bottled water on the center console. I experienced great customer service!

I've wrenched for 30 years for our company and traveled extensively in support of our operations from coast to coast and from north to south. We typically receive decent attention from local FBOs due to the unique nature of our experimental aircraft. There are a handful of fixed base operators that enable us to accomplish our missions unhindered with the real support we need...Apex Executive Jet Center is one of the best around. Not only did they grease the skids for our ops before our arrival but they also met all of our expectations during our deployment in Melbourne. Our every need was met in a timely fashion and all our requirements were fulfilled without fail. During our work week at Apex I witnessed the same level of service tendered to every arriving and/or departing aircraft.
