I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from the wedding centre in October. I was told my dresses would be in on a certain date and they weren’t. I was then given various other due dates and none of them were correct. After waiting for 8 months for my dresses to come in one dress eventually arrived in store without the other. I didn’t know when or if my other dress would be in and it was 6 weeks to my wedding. When the other dress arrived in, a month before my wedding, it was a different colour than I had ordered and therefore different to the other dress. I had no time to look for other dresses or do anything about it. The Wedding Centre refunded me for the dresses but the customer service I was given was the worst I have ever received. They repeatedly stated that it had ‘never happened before’ instead of apologising and taking full responsibility of the problem. The manager was extremely rude via both phone call and in person. They assured me that the company where the dresses came from, Kelsey Rose, would be in contact with a written apology or phone call and I have yet to receive that. Overall, not a good experience.
