Just spent a really enjoyable and informative day at Anna's Kitchen learning how to bake sourdough bread (and other goodies). Anna is a real expert at her craft and knows how to communicate that skill effectively - even to complete novices like me! Safety was a high priority with good distancing throughout and we were made to feel at home from the start. Adding all that to her hospitality the workshop is highly recommended, whether you are a beginner or an \enthusiastic amateur\.

Shared a fantastic day making sourdough with Anna - my third course. Anna’s courses are always brilliant. Working as a small group of four in Anna's home kitchen, we baked three sourdough products but the baking was interspersed with lots of detail and help. She doesn’t just bake but gets into the theory detail as well, allowing you to take away enough to create at home and develop your own recipes. Her knowledge is immense. We also enjoyed homemade biscuits, soup and pancakes during the day. But best of all, Anna supplies brilliant notes and foolproof recipes that can be used again and again at home. Looking forward to the next time already. Thanks Anna.
Had great fun with two virtual classes with Anna - they work nearly as well as the real thing. Anna is a superb and patient teacher. It is great fun to bake along with others and there is a bonus in that you are doing it in your own kitchen. The cinnamon buns went down a treat and the marmite crackers were supremely popular. Thank you Anna for a fab time
Fun classes, in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Anna is a very good teacher and packs a lot of information and advice in. She makes really good soup and biscuits too.
