Dr. Ann Celeste M. Dimaya has been my Primary Physician for over 6 years, she has an amazing - calming personality. She is compassionate, always takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. She has developed an incredible office, and staffing that share in her ways. It has made it easy to have my family members and friends transition over to her office as well A special thanks to all of those that work at NEIPC on Thanksgiving for all they have done to protect us all and themselves during this time of the Covid crisis.
