Always friendly and helpful. We have adopted 2 dogs from them. Our oldest is a great boy and we just adopted a puppy from them and she is already made herself home. We don't mind the prices because we know the money goes to helping more babies and with the medical side as well. Always a great experience with Animal Hope and love what they do.

Speaking out as an employee of a pet store where we adopt out cats that come from animal hope. Owner Ben does not truly care about the animals well-being. I used to work at petsupermarket in colleyville up until recently when I quit due to the animal neglect I witnessed in my store and also from animal hope. We have cats in our store from animal hope that we adopt out and 10 out of 10 there is always something wrong with them or they are sick because of the lack of care animal hope shows. The only thing that animal hope does when they get a cat or any animal is take them to a very cheap very shady location to be neutered or spayed and then drop them off at some store to be adopted. we have one cat at our store in particular that has had diarrhea and worms and been vomiting for the past 5 days. I brought it to the attention of the animal hopes staff and they did not care I brought it to the attention of my managers at my own store and they did not care. it got to the point where I took it upon myself to call a 24-hour animal shelter and I almost took the cat there taking on the full responsibility of the vet bills right then and there because I did not want to see this cat die due to the lack of care animal Hope and my management staff showed. when owner Ben finally showed up he was extremely rude he insinuated that nothing was wrong with the cat and that he didn't think his presence was needed but took the cat anyways and threw him in the back of his van and took off. it is extremely concerning and inappropriate to see the owner of an animal shelter show up to pick up a cat as if picking up a cat in peril was such an inconvenience to him. This is not the first second or even third time that animal hope has displayed animal neglect towards the cats in our store. if anything I would recommend you to adopt every single animal in animal hope and save them from a staff and owner who does not care about them.

I found a stray, and called Animal Hope. I didn't want to call any of the Shelters! I felt he could be helped better through their Agency. I spoke to a lady, who was very nice and accommodating! She assured me that they would get him medical care ( shots ) and grooming. He heavily was matted ! They found a chip in him! Great! They told me they would try to call his owner. I asked if I could call to check on his progress. They said call back in 4 days. I took him on a Friday afternoon. I called back that next Thursday. During that weekend after I found him, a lady expressed a HUGE interest in adopting him! ** I had put him on our Next Door App looking for his previous owners! When I called Animal Hope that Thursday, I was told a very DIFFERENT story! \ We immediately take all strays to Animal Control in Fort Worth\! They don't even prepare an Adoption Process from their location! Well, I could have saved them the trip, and taken him myself, right!? So I go to AC to try to find him for the lady that wanted to Adopt him! He wasn't there! I was told a Rescue group came and collected 65 dogs!? He may have been in that group! Really, I am not sure where he went at all! He was a Shitz Zu ( misspelled ?) Great manners! Very friendly! I feel that someone have gotten him, and hopefully have given him a great home! But for the short time lapse from me giving him to them, it should have been VERY easy for them to give me a report on where he went, even the day! Animal Hope doesn't get that many dogs, that would make them forget about him! This incident makes me somewhat leery of places like this! ** Good thing is, their place is very clean, animals are in good shape and happy! But I was mislead on my interaction with them!

Adopted two of my babies from this place and I've never been happier! If you adopt a puppy it costs more but part of the cost is that all of the baby's vet visits up until they are around six months, including their spay/neuter. One of my pups had a genetic type of mange that means she'll be on bravecto forever but I also found out about it when she was a baby with little bald patches. Such a lifesaver and I donate money or dog food any chance I get. Also, these are the two babies I adopted \u003c3
