Worst place ever! The way our family and others were treated last night I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. They are very rude and unprofessional. Read all the reviews and see how many people are saying the same thing. If only I knew I would not have wasted my time. Just got a response we never went into the lobby and everyone did have a mask on when asked. Your people told my family and another to go to there car which they did, your people didn't like that they where parked side by side in front of your neighbors door talking to each other and started yelling to get in your car. Everything you just said was a lie. If you want to deny what I'm saying i can show you the video. Oh ya you did nothing at all to help our pet with in 2 minutes yall gave her back bleeding severally so don't try and make yourself look good.

I have used Angel of Mercy several times before and have always been happy with them, but I am very displeased with what happened on January 21 of this year. I have an 8 pound Pomeranian that was attacked by a larger dog. She had pulmonary contusions and broken ribs. Since Angel of Mercy is the closest emergency facility to my home, I took here there. I was asked a few questions and given paperwork to fill out. After I completed the paperwork, I was handed a piece of paper with the address of Mission Specialty and Emergengy and told that I would need to go there because Angel of Mercy’s x-ray equipment wasn’t working properly. I understand that equipment malfunctions, but I feel that if this emergency facility is unable to deal with an emergency, I should have been told that the minute I walked in the door. I cannot believe that they allowed my little dog to suffer in obvious pain while I filled out a form. The traffic was very heavy getting from A of M to Mission and; therefore, it was quite a while before my dog was seen. Some of that time could have been saved by sending me to Mission immediately instead of putting me through the formalities unnecessarily.

We brought our 3 month old pup in on a Saturday evening due to some alarming symptoms including bloody stool and vomiting. Within an hour she was being see by the vet As we feared- the test confirmed she had parvo. The doctor and the vet tech we're professional and compassionate and explained treatment options that included various levels of care and pricing. No pressure and no price gouging was a pleasant surprise. The professionalism and reasonable treatment costs make me feel very lucky to have found and selected this place for care. Will visit again for preventative care and unexpected pet emergencies.
