Very easy to use. The whole process from initial take-up of unit, use of it, and termination has been very straightforward. I've had no problems or queries at all over the 2 years I've had the unit, and Sentry are great to deal with. Access 24/7/365 was just what I wanted, to look after a relative's possessions following a house sale, and the storage was safe secure and convenient. Thanks again to the staff at Sentry.
