An absolutely awful experience. Clearly no understanding of Lockdown rules, or showing any understanding of the current Covid19 crisis. Took full advantage of the Lockdown situation to promote a reduced price for their Oil when prices were lower. However when it was apparent that people from the other side of the Bridge (England) could not travel back in to Wales to take delivery they Instead cancelled these orders without any correspondence or discussion to then hike a new inflated price. Such a sad example very sharp practice by this company, I strongly recommend you buy elsewhere.

Brilliant service, after a problem my end, the oil was delivered the very next day , almost at the crack of dawn , on what was a very cold and frosty morning. I was really grateful considering this is a week before Christmas and I had run out of oil! The delivery driver, Jonathan was friendly and cheerful. Thank you and happy Christmas to all at G Thomas.
