I was invited by a friend to go with for a kickboxing class, ending up staying for grappling after. First time doing these classes. Was walked through every movement. Staff was very inviting and friendly. Grappling others was non competitive, very goal oriented on safety but getting the most out of the routine. Recommend trying it for anyone who wants some good cardio and some self defense skills at the time.

One of the best if not the best mma gyms in Oklahoma have tried several other gyms in the area and you always end up getting the class taught by one of the lower belts instead of the instructors here the instructor is always teaching his classes. One of the best strength and conditioning coaches in Oklahoma on top of that. You're welcome like family not intimated or made feel like you aren't welcome.

My husband and I both go here to train. The one-on-one workouts and personal knowledge are what makes this place way above the rest in value and results. They specialize in MMA (mixed martial arts)and BJJ (brazilian jujitsu). They draw from their experience to create custom workouts for you. I personally train with Emily Ducote, who is patient with my inexperience and ready to share the knowledge she's gained from her 4 years of professional MMA experience, to ensure I grasp the techniques and land every punch/kick.
