My son had been setting up a second tank for turtles. His other tank with turtles is really doing well. But the person we spoke to was not convinced his new tank was ready. Not enough feeder fish to adjust the water. Sorry for no technical terms. My son did not buy so great advice. It was not ready. To add character to his tank, previous he had used moulded decorations, he wanted a piece of wood. Looked great in tank. But as Amazing Amazon indicated the tannin changed the colour of the water. It really did that. Again good advice so not to panic. So on the whole great advice, respect them for sharing. Easy to get a sale no matter what. We did get feeder fish from them, bit pricey, because I paid. But recommend, and make sure you ask many questions, utilise their knowledge.

I visited this aquarium for the first time Christmas Eve. , it was very busy. Staff made time to help me even though they very busy unpacking new fish and stock, quality of fish and plants are great and well looked after. I think some of the negative reviews are made up and exaggerated. I will definitely be back!!

We visited the store for the first time on Sunday and we were both very impressed and grateful for the very helpful and knowledgeable service. I should also add the communication leading up to our visit and after sales has been excellent. Thank you to John and team who clearly love what they do and are passionate about reptiles. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this business.

I travelled a fair way out of my way to go to this store for the first time because they had something in stock that I wanted, and it was definitely worth the trip. (I think his name was) Tom, was so very helpful and knew his stuff. The tanks were clean, the fish looked happy, and they had an impressive selection of fancy guppies too. They were well stocked and had everything I needed. I'll be back there for sure. [Thanks for the scuba guy too :) ]

Improved tremendously over last couple years, renovations look fantastic Staff are experts in all areas and don’t beat around the bush like other stores. Every time I visit the fish and other animals are always looking healthy and well looked after. The store and staff are always busy but find time to answering any questions.

Visited today for the first time, was great to find out they are open public holidays. My regular store that’s closer to home was closed. Clean. Well stocked. Staff awesome. Amazing Amazon is now my go to store

Went there yesterday to get a 4ft fish tank and some substrate. The prices are very reasonable and the guys was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service guys keep up the good work.
