Material feels heavy and the lenses popped out. I bought sun glasses frame and custom them. Employees did not advise me of the cons and now I’m stuck with 500 useless glasses that give me headaches. I went back but apparently everything is alright. I know how glasses should feel. This place made a mistake with me and with my grandma. They also messed up her lenses. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. There is lots of parking. But still it doesn’t make up for our messed up glasses.

I bought glasses for my son and since then he has suffered of headaches and glasses don’t feel right. I went back and they said everything is fine. The material feels to heavy or cheap. 500 bucks wasted. I really regret coming here. Service is alright but the Optmetrist is like in a hurry to get you out of the office. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Worse place ever they ruin my glasses I had to go somewhere else to get new ones. I’m not sure if they used cheaper material. Not sure if they know what they are doing. I went back but to the D. my glasses were fine. I paid 400 for cheap glasses. Not the frame just glasses and I feel they ruin more my vision
