I am a ham radio operator and contacted Alpha Prime Communications regarding enabling specific radio feature. Andy promptly responded to my request and went above and beyond helping me with Hytera's product. I can tell you it would be hard to find another company who would be willing to help individuals, even they didn't make any sale to you. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to everybody. Terrific business to deal with! Five stars!

If you don't have a high-dollar order, be prepared to be ignored. I called asking if they install two-way radios. Yes, they do. Asked for a quote to install one in my car. Lisa wanted to know what business I'm with. I told her it is a personal installation, not a business one. She said she would have their sales guy get back to me with a quote. No call or voicemail that day. (I'd called in the morning) I called back the next day, asked what happened. She said she would have him call me that day. Ed called and left me a voicemail with his phone number. I called him back. He said he has to talk to his manager, and he would get back to me. Two days later, no response. They should at LEAST have the courtesy to close the loop and just admit that it is not worth their time to do it. But to make empty promises and leave people hanging is unprofessional. Maybe they do a great job on multi-thousand dollar fleet installations and such, but I will never know, as I won't go to them again.

I want to thank Andy and his staff for their support and service. I have a small trucking company(2 trucks) and needed some 800mhz radios for them. Not only did Alpha Prime have the lowest price for the radios but their installers were on time and did a terrific job with the installations. 5 star rating in my book
