Had to pick up a load of small boxes, loaded to floor, nose to approximate 30 foot marker stacked under the roof(over 3 hours load time, hand stacked). In order to haul that load safely, and DOT compliant, the last row needs to be secured, boxes can't move or fall as consequence content gets damaged.Mentioned to responsible (Hogan Connor) that they need to either stack differently, and or provide adequate load s ecurement options, air bags, cardboard or plywood to securely be able to tie down load.Answer: we shipped 17 loads like this...What ??Sure on the first turn these boxes fall to the floor,, no rocket science to figure that out...With the help of an other dock worker,, I could improvise to secure this load in an secure manner...The whole time the above mentioned individual was standing around,,, lazy, no interest in anything to solve a problem,, nor willing to sign off IN and OUT time and note that driver will not be responsible for any damage to boxes referring to their load pattern. When getting ready to pull out,, the same individual comes to truck and ask me what I am doing,,,he needs room for other trucks(no other truck was there).I told him he is a lazy unfriendly person,, does know ZERO about trucking. He asked me together with another guy,,( probably his buddy he called for back up,,) to leave the property..Unexperienced young guy, unprofessional, disrespectful..For every trucker that goes there, just hope that there be another person in charge, somebody that knows about minimum standards in supply chain..Then your experience might be positive..For me just a place to cross off the list,, first and last time
