My first call in/ tried help my husband told.off and that she would.not be speaking to me..he could.not think of answers. Very rude. .I had thought of maybe opening a account in my ne. That is now dead in water

They are the worst Federal Credit Union I have ever been to! Not helpful at all! Will never go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place! If I could give it a zero I would! Not happy with this place so if you do business with them be careful! We gave a girl a loan on her car and to save her a lot of interest we paid off the loan on her car and this place helped her screw us out of our money! My husband lost his job due to covid-19 and now we are out of the money she owes us. We are not rich and we need our money. Not to mention I take care of my 78 year old Mother so I pray it comes back on this woman at this place! I am feeling devastated because I needed our money!

Phone wait times exceedingly long.. local branch closing makes an hour travel to drop off payment.. online app and payment method is useless unless you open a checking account with allsouth.. but keep paying that 10 \inconvenience\ fee until they get a local branch back open. Thanks

Every visit there... which is weekly ... all the employees are very helpful and friendly. Always a cheery greeting as you walk in the door. Love this branch!
