Can this people print work every last minute? yes! And the reason for this is because they don’t have any business coming in! Allan have no business handling clients concerns; it’s sad but true! More and more customers go big box companies to obtain a better business experience!

Can they make a printing jobs as a RUSH? Yes absolutely!!! Is the owner Alan willing and able to offer good customer service for his clients? Run the other way!!! He is condescending and extremely disrespectful; under the impression that his time platinum. There’s a reason why Staples and big box companies continue to take business away from small business owners unfortunately; it’s due to the lack of customer service; specially when the owner himself sends you to the competitor & I quote: “take this and go to Staples and printed yourself” PS if you must come here and get service; request for the lady; she’s kind and values customer...
I cannot say enough nice things about these folks! I used Alloy Printing for the communications materials for a fundraising campaign I recently worked on, involving multiple jobs over a couple of months. Not only was the print work top-notch and timely, they were also able to help with me with the design and even the strategy. And on top of that, they're so nice it's a pleasure to visit the shop. I highly recommend Alloy Printing!

The owner was very personable, supportive, and considerate of my situation. I needed a small but complex job completed in a short time frame. He was able to finish the job on time, and the result was outstanding. It involved taking 31 old pictures that needed to be enhanced and resized, creating the layout, and producing a multi-page booklet. The result was superb, and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
