Horrible quality horrible service. They change their name to Eurosell windows now. They took 10k from me didn't finish my job and what ever they did is horrible now they want more 2200 and also put lein on my property. I try to talk to sales person Mani but after taking money he never anwer my phone and also girl on front desk she is so rude. So never go there for windows .

Please be informed that delays happen when we least expected and we were so sorry for all inconvenience even so did what we could to help you out by informing you that we had 2 installers who got hurt and another one did not show up but you decided to cancel it. Alkan Windows Ltd lives by not only making its diverse clients feel happy but also feel respected and that is how we show our greatest gratitude for trusting us for almost 15 years now. In reference to your refund, we were happily to give it to you even so you were confused what the credit card number was and gave us the wrong bank cards numbers twice. Therefore, we suggested you phone us the next day and you did as you just decided to pop by our office. When you showed up with your mom, your mom who was in a hurry to go to the washroom and guided professionally as your refund was processing without hesitation but full of apology and a positive attitude. Your refund took only 1 day upon informing us. Again, we are very sorry if we did not meet your expectation and looking forward to serving our clients and the community much better.
One of worst in the market. Customer service is not a concept. Owner/Manager never speak to you. They let their receptionist Sherri handle concerns who can't do anything. Bad product, no business ethics. Stay away!

They lied , played games and cheated people for money , They asked for cash , but refused to offer any receipt . People has to sue them in the court to get their money back , but they changed their company name again to avoid court order . they changed name from time to time for cheating clients money and to avoid take responsible for their junky windows , their super bad quality product has lots of manufactory problems , but they did not care , you called them and only get yelling and hanged up from them , lie and yelling is the only thing that you got from them after they successfully cheat money from your pocket , for your money , time and even mental health , Do not go to this india liars windows company with jucky product no matter what kind of lies they told you .
