If I could leave 6 stars i would. They provided staircase for fitting by my own joiner and we (the joiner and i) were really pleased. I can only describe it as having a great relationship throughout the process! Thanks

Oak and glass staircase. From start to finish, Lee looked after us and advising on the design and keeping us informed regarding construction. Thank-you for the attention to detail, the great customer service and the wonderful finished result.

Truely awful company from a customer service perspective! 7k stairs are well built but the overal experience of Parry Joinery employees from lower level employees who initially visited the property right through to the owner Rob was unbelievably bad. Missing pieces on more than one occasion, over 6 months to complete the job and we are still waiting for some elements. I made my thoughts known throughout and was just fobbed off! Measurements that were taken to build the stairs were wrong and items had to be returned, once again when i raised this as a concern the company didn't seem one bit bothered. Also major corncerns that when the company came to take templates for the glass my joiner had to help them to ensure it was correct. On a number of occasions he had to show them how to template to ensure it was done correctly!! I would never even consider this company for further work or even recommend them to anyone else. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
