The team has been fantastic throughout. I was on a time crunch and they ensured that I had place to stay within at most 24 hours of my application. The Unit was looking great when we moved in and we love it! It’s been a couple of weeks, but the experience has been so far really up to my expectations.

We've lived at the Parker for 3 years now and love the apartments themselves, the staff and crew, the location and the overall quality of life living here affords us. Close enough to DC yet far enough away. Pet friendly, well managed and clean! Highly recommend!

When I was apartment searching I knew The Parker was the place I wanted to be right away. Due to covid I never got to tour the property but I took a leap of faith because the staff was friendly, and I stalked their Instagram and saw how much they do for the community like events and contest, and they didn’t seem to get annoyed with my frequent calls when I had questions (with the exception of one who is no longer there). Me and my boyfriend moved in right in the heat of the pandemic in May and even with the amenities closed and everyone scared to interact the vibe still was great. I love this place so far 4 months in! The gym is my favorite amenity. It’s great and plenty space to social distance. Me and my pup love walking to Starbucks on Eisenhower. And the staff is even so kind to understand the struggles during this time and helped me when my friends car got towed because she didn’t properly display her parking pass. They are accommodating all the time! If you are looking for any cons, I think everyone hates the parking garage because of the speed bumps but honestly they are very necessary because it’s not safe to walk to your car if people are zooming around the corner. It is also a tight squeeze so taking it slow is just something you have to get used to and I did! I’m all the way at the top so if I can go up and down everyday in a sports car and get used to it I feel like anyone can.
