I enjoyed every bite of today's Ultimate Endless Shrimp special, although my first two selections were more than I could finish. Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp has always been my favorite and the Garlic Shrimp Scampi was perfectly cooked. Add a biscuit or two and you have a delicious feast for 17.99, limited only by the amount of food you can eat. Rob was an excellent server. Masks are required and distancing is enforced. I felt safe and comfortable eating here.

Today we ordered for dinner a bowl of lobster bisque soup and the soup was not packaged well. The soup spilled all over inside the to go bag, leaving me without a dinner. Also the fried calamaris we ordered was overcooked and chewy. We ordered by phone for curbside pickup. But no one brought our food, my son had to go inside and wait for 20 minutes. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day for most of the restaurant, but don’t tell your customers the food will be ready at a certain time when that is not true. I felt bad after giving chain restaurants another chance, since I am a supporter of small businesses.
I was disappointed today when I knew that the restaurant stopped providing salad with the Lobster expensive meal order. I know that salad cost few cents only. If the Red Lobster cares to save such few cents it means the whole quality of food is questionable. Never again to come here
Eaten here a couple times with my Mom. It's pretty good. Friendly staff, good food, solid service. No complaints.
