Finally, a dealership that puts the consumer first! I will admit that I hardly ever submit a review (good or bad), but the Service Center at this Ourisman location truly deserve all 5 Stars! Huge kudos to the lane management team. Their knowledge, expertise, and overall professionalism with me was above standard! I highly recommend this service center location to all Chevrolet owners like myself.

Very good dealer. Service was really good from beginning until the end. James is a fairly new salesman; however, he was professional, honest and not pushy--I see great things for him in the future. Kudos James! Unfortunately, it was upsetting to me that the dealer did an unapproved, credit check on me without my knowledge or consent. The vehicle was being financed under my husband and other than my name, no other information was given. I found this rather disturbing; had my mortgage company not questioned it, I'd have never known until I went to check my credit score. For this reason, the received 4 stars as opposed to 5.

I'm updating my previous review because of my recent experience at the dealership. My Sales Professional (Sam) was amazing. I came back this week to have some additional equipment installed in my new vehicle. Sam went above and beyond by ensuring that I had a loaner vehicle while the service was done and the very next day he stayed late that evening when I got off from work to explain the new technology that was installed in my vehicle. I highly recommend anyone that visits Ourisman of Alexandria to ask for Sam (Sales Professional). His customer service and professional expertise is top notch. I give him a 5 out of 5 stars. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend Ourisman Chevrolet of Alexandria. The Sales Professional (Sam), Financial Manager (Chris), Sales Engineer (Daniel), and General Sales Manager were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I completed my SUV sale within two hours to include test drive and financial paperwork. They made my car buying experience stress free and answered all my questions. I will definitely refer this dealership to my family and friends.

I have been saving up to buy a car for a while now, and have also talked to a couple different salesmen. But Chris was hand down the best I’ve worked with so far. He was very personable and friendly, but most importantly he was able to address any questions I had, in terms that I could understand. Although I am not 100% ready to buy a car, I will definitely be contacting Chris when I am and recommend others to do the same.

An employee took my car for a 6pm, 36 mile joyride and used my car (or gave it to someone to use) to go grocery shopping without my knowledge. I normally don't write reviews, but I dropped my car off for a routine service. When I picked it up the next day, the issue was fixed, but I discovered that someone had taken my car on the road and added 36 miles to my vehicle-despite them listing on the service form that they put zero-meaning that nobody checked at best or someone changed it with the hopes I wouldn't notice at worst. The invoice indicated that there were zero miles put on my car, when in reality, according to my odometer (which I checked in the parking lot), someone drove my car 36 miles between when I dropped it off and when I picked it up (photos enclosed). They also left receipts in my car which indicated that someone drove my car to a store 15 miles away from the dealer in Maryland, to a store i've never been to, and went shopping for groceries at 6pm in the evening (the receipt said they picked up eggs and milk, leading me to believe they took my car home overnight). Let me be clear: I did not authorize anyone to take my car across state lines to go grocery shopping at 6pm in the evening, and I remain perplexed at the service department for allowing this to happen-the fact that an employee was able to take my car out for a 36 mile spin to get groceries and went unnoticed means management was negligent at best or complicit at worst. This was irresponsible, unlawful and fraudulent behavior and I will not be utilizing this business again.
