Excellent challenges and decor! Really fun staff who are very helpful before, during and after the game. Had a great time there and will definitely go back for another room to break out of. Thanks, B!

Super friendly staff who helped me correct my scheduling mistake (I booked GTown when I meant to book OTAlex). Really enjoyed the adventure we chose and look forward to booking a new adventure soon!

Like several other experienced escape roomers that have commented, I too did not dig through the website to find the FAQ section where it briefly mentions that you only get 45 minutes in a room. I have completed hundreds of escape rooms over the past several years across the country - NONE of which had times set for less than an hour, which is absurd. Only when they shut the door behind us did they mention we only had 45 minutes. Their prices are no lower than their competitors as they claim, and they make you purchase a minimum of three tickets. We only had two people in our party so we ended up having to pay 80 for a 45 minute game. Had we known this before, we wouldn’t have spent our money here and we definitely won’t be going back. We were also at a point in the game where we were stuck and we had to explain to our guide several times where we were because they weren’t paying attention. My suggestion to the business would be to raise your prices to what you value your rooms at (25 a person for 45 min so 32 a person for an hour) and give people the hour they are expecting OR you need to clearly state that it’s only 45 minutes of game play clearly on your website and when people arrive - not buried in a FAQ section. Unfortunately, couldn’t get a refund.

We had kids, ages 8-11, for a room rated a 5 out of 10 on degree of difficulty. While I, the lone adult enjoyed it for the puzzle, it was too much for the kids to solve, although they did enjoy trying. Seems like it is an experience more geared towards adult thinking and puzzle-solving. So, while fun, my kids won't be coming back. I might bring some work colleagues next time, though.

This escape room was okay, Not the best i have ever done, and i have done many. You are given 45 minutes to get out. The puzzles were a little too confusing and didn’t connect well. The room was small and didn’t have much of a story to keep you interested and feel like you were in an actual place you had yo escape. Would recommend for a beginner but don’t be turned away from escape rooms if you didn’t like this one.
