The personnel could not have been better! Everyone from the owner to the salesman and mechanics were awesome! They make you feel like a welcome friend that they’ve known for life. They go far beyond to ensure you are happy and satisfied.

I ordered a 620 starter for my motorcycle from them on Aug 5, 2016. Was told the starter would arrive in two weeks. Am wrapping up week 3 and have not received the starter. I had to call them to see what was going on. Have already been invoiced for the part; the part that I have not received. They (Fabian) could not find the starter in their "shipping system". He wanted to explain to me how the system worked; I just want my starter that Ive already been invoiced for. Fabian is supposed to track it down and call me back. Im a little concerned that he did not confirm my phone number with me before hanging up. Ill keep you posted. This may be another example of people just taking your money and not caring about customer service. To the post below: I already requested a full refund. Thank you for your e-mail response; glad I checked back to see if the review posted.

These guys were wonderful. As soon as I walked in, they all smiled and acted like I was a family member walking in. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, they still treated me like I was a full customer and showed me that they wanted me to return anytime I felt. They have a great selection, and the friendliness can't be beat.

Excellent dealership. I picked up a used Speed Triple from them at a very reasonable price. Alex, the salesman I worked with, was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I flew in from out of state and he arranged for the sales manager to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. Rode out shortly after with a sweet ride. Can't recommend these guys enough, even if you're not in the Albuquerque area.

I purchased a Yamaha Stryker from PJ's for a good price via NADA book value. The staff was awesome. With the purchase. they went out of their way to give me some free stuff valued at 300.00. I just glad I caught the cover size before I got back home 60 miles away. But I think overall from all my shopping for the right bike. PJ's was the best . I guess now where family.

I bought my Scrambler from PJ's in 2012. I've had two services done and ordered parts. The sales people are awesome. PJ himself helped me a little bit too before purchasing. I figure I owe them the review because this place is truly great. I haven't had any issues from the services department, but I'm always weary of getting work done on anything I own. Much to my surprise I have no complaints, but it was the purchasing part that was really special. If you try looking/buying bikes at other shops you'll know what I mean.

I've had a few problems with PJ's. I had to fully rebuild a bike I got with them just a month after purchasing it, because the jackwagon who owned it previously had ground down a part that really shouldn't have been messed with, and the motor catastrophically failed. They recommended a whole new motor (2k or so, plus labor), and when I tore it down, I wound up spending around 250 on parts to put it back together. They've ordered the wrong parts for me in the past, they've lost parts (to be fair, in the end, I've always gotten a refund or the correct part; still waiting on an oil light, reordered last week), and the service department clearly leaves a lot to be desired. They are, however, always friendly, and their selection is generally pretty great. And they did hold this bike longer than they really had to when I was in the process of getting together the cash to purchase it, even if, in the end, it turned out to be a total lemon. All things considered, I'm sure there are better bike shops in town

Definitely one of the best motorcycle dealers in town for both new and used bikes. They put their customers first and they do some really cool events. Highly recommended!
