I have a Ford Mondeo MK4. The instrument Panel had a wiring fault causing the controls on the steering wheel to be in effective and not work, also the radio was not switching off correctly causing the battery to drain flat over a couple of days of not using the car. I originally took it to another Auto Electrician who kept the car for two days but could not find a fault and passed it off as a faulty neg earth cable connection on the battery. I didn’t believe this, so I then contacted Andrew at AK Auto Electricians. He came to my house at 3pm as arranged, found then fixed the faulty wire by 3.50pm. Everything works as it should. I am well happy... 50 minutes!!!! Top Man. Thank you.
Came by a fixed an immobiliser issue that a previous garage had brocken, super quick and found the issue and fixed it no hassle. Will definitely use Andrew again for any other issues I have.

Called the electrician and booked an appointment for the next day but he didn't arrive. Didn't answer phone calls or return my messages after that. Phone calls always go to voicemail, no point calling them to book. I would definitely not recommend and would look elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
