I had such a smooth experience with this car company. Flying from the west coast solo with an infant during covid meant lots of logistics and stuff on the flight, so hiring a car, certainly a splurge, was one I'm thankful I could take. Gazi was waiting for me in baggage claim. After I got my bags, we walked to where his big car was parked. He loaded the trunk while I installed the car seat. He skillfully drove in a big rain storm from YYZ to Ancaster.

I have used Ancaster taxi three times now and I won't use anyone else. Amazing customer service, quick response and very professional drivers. My flight came in early and guess what? The driver was in the area early and picked me up. I can't praise this company enough.
