These people are awesome! I had a headset break in the middle of a trip. Amanda drove a headset down to Marco Island airport for me and didn't even charge me for delivering it! Absolutely top notch service, I'll be buying from them again!

I called the Airport Pilot Shop to see if they had a shirt in stock at the store as it was showing as not available online. Amanda said that they did not have it in the store, but she saw that the supplier had it available in the catalog and so she called immediately to place a direct order for me. I was very impressed; could not have asked for a higher level of customer service.

Amanda and Linda were awesome, to say the least. They were extremely polite and helpful during the whole purchasing process despite the item I ordered being on back-order. My experience with the staff here has been awesome! Amanda and Frank were very helpful in working with my tight schedule so I could take two airman knowledge tests. They called me when they had availability and were courteous and professional. Plus, this pilot shop has one of the most extensive aviation libraries I've come across. This is a great establishment with great people and I hope to visit frequently!!

Let me just say WOW! this place is great! I’m a newish pilot so obviously there’s stuff I need as a new pilot also I’m building time. It’s always nice to come to Naples airport pilot shop they have almost anything you can think of. And if they don’t have it just call ahead and they’ll order it for you! As far as price goes I thought pricing would be outrageous because of the convenient location I was surprised when stuff was about the same or just a couple of dollars more that sportys or mypilotshop. Highly recommend

Great folks that run this place! They really carry a lot of stuff for every level pilot. Staff have been wonderful to me in my two years being based here! Whatever they don't have, I've been told they can get to you ASAP!

A buddy and I spoke with the Airport Pilot Shop about purchasing several pairs of sunglasses to try them on, with the intention of buying 3-4 pairs and returning the rest. It took eight months to receive all the pairs of glasses we ordered. They said the reasoning was due to bushnell being backordered, which was fine. We asked about the 30-day return policy being an issue, but they said it would be fine since they knew our intentions prior to ordering. Once we received the final pairs, we tried them on and made our decisions. We ordered eleven pairs of sunglasses, and were purchasing five pairs and returning the remaining six. The issue was that Airport Pilot Shop had come under new ownership, and the new owner was unwilling to honor the deal we had originally made. He wouldn't let us return any of the sunglasses, leaving us with a 1500 bill and a bunch of sunglasses. Our issue was that we spoke with Amanda and David over the phone, and didn't get it in writing. They were very helpful in the ordering process, and sympathetic with the new owners decision.
