Place was nice as well as activities, they offer testing. but they won't give me my medical records. I've asked four times now and haven't received anything. I'm thinking of taking legal action because of this unfortunately. Really wanted to know what some of my results were and need my medical records for several reasons.

I've been to five rehabs. And this one was my all time favorite. Your well taken care of fed. And just an amazing atmosphere. Coffee was our go to. The took us kayaking and to the movie. We got to go to the beach every day. Went on a zip line. We got to do an obstacle course. All sorts of fun activities
I have had a horrible experience at Aion Recovery. First off, rules were never the same. They carried from client to client and staff member to staff member. I can follow rules of I know what they are and aren't constantly changing on a techs mood. I tried addressing the ever changing rules issue like a grown up and was advised that I would just have to adapt to the inconsistencies. I was punished for something as simple as making a plate of food for a struggling client. Somehow this was unacccceptable, but it wasn't unacceptable for me to spend 60 of my own dollars for a mandatory Sunday dinner that Aion took credit for. Additionally, I have been screamed at by staff as of spoken to unptofessilly by the same staff member I filed grievances to no avail. My therapist has shared personal things that were said in confidence w other clients and staff. Upon expressing in a grievance. My now inability to be able to have a rapport w this therapist,I was told by the clinical director, Ricky, that if I didn't like it there I could just AMA.i begged. For assistance to be transferred to a facility that was better equipped to meet my therapeutic needs. I was denied any further help.. And to parents who send their kids out of state for help.....
My husband went to Aion for treatment a year ago. He is doing awesome. The staff were very helpful. We are both greatful for all the help he recieved.
I attended the PHP program for 32 days! The behavioral techs were patient, encouraging,and supportive! My therapist, Carlos was dynamic! The group coordinator, Devora, was fantastic! All in all, I went to AION, wanted one thing, and I received what I needed. I was provided the tools I needed to contuine my recovery journey! Thanks again!
