My journey to find myself led me to this dojo. I came to ASNJ in 2005 and never left. I have great friends, a new family, and an amazing experience of self discovery. The lineage of our lead instructor is just one degree of separation from the founder. The guest instructors, and seminars have been enlightening, yet what I love most is knowing i have so much more to learn. I’ve learned that Aikido is alive in me, and that my growth doesn’t have an ending. I walk the path, I love the journey!!

Started iaido classes a month ago and am really enjoying it through and through. The staff, fellow members and students are all very accomodating and kind. Really a family environment all around and I very much recommend this dojo to everyone whether you're an experienced martial artist or a complete newbie to it all like I am.

This is one of the greatest Aikido dojos in the country. I have been training here for about six years. It has been great for my health. Three of my children also train here, and this school has the best martial arts kids program I have ever encountered.
