Our daughter received her TAMU acceptance yesterday and as a happy I purchased her an Aggie Shirt from Aggieland Outfitters. I expected it to arrive by mail in a few days. Less than 24 hours later they delivered it to our office wrapped in a beautiful bag. What a special gift for my daughter to find on our doorstep! Thank you Aggieland Outfitters, for exceeding our expectations and going the extra mile to hand deliver the shirt. It meant a lot to us.

Friendly customer service and very helpful. Store is very clean and well laid out. Free coffee at the front door is a wonderful touch. Great place to get all your Aggie gear and then some!

I had visited for an upcoming ring day that I was very excited to be celebrating with my family. The manager was very rude as soon as I walked in and I needed answers for issues I was experiencing. I needed help on a ring day pitcher and felt rushed to buy a plain pitcher with no writing on it or any personal customization because I felt like such an inconvenience and didn’t want to come back to her unpleasant customer service. This was such an unfriendly environment and something that was supposed to be exciting and memorable but turned out to be completely opposite. I will not be returning and giving my money to this business, AO seems to carry this reputation of having rude employees.

I'm a long time customer of this brand and so far my experiences were ok except for the last time I had this one branch. The staff was unbelievably sassy to the customers I don't know what's going on in her mind.
