Two weeks shy of the 5 year anniversary of buying our home and we finally have our first fire in our fireplace! Jason, Wynn and Hunter were awesome to work with and very professional. I feel they cared enough to install the gas fireplace as they would have in their own homes! I was very surprised when I got the call from Jason telling me that he could grant my wife’s birthday wish to have a fire in the fireplace before Christmas Day which is also her birthday. My appointment was moved up also thankfully. The hearing and air technician, Derick, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and fix it quickly.
