Dennis was very kind, professional and knowledgable. He actually took the time to teach me over the phone how to correct the issues with our grandfather clock after being told we needed to replace the entire mechanism for a cost of1800. He also directed me as to where to get replacement glass, the thickness to get and how to put it in. Such a refreshing experience in this crazy world we are living in right now. I would highly recommend this business.

We were happy to find a professional horologist living close by in Cary. He was very responsive to the repair needs of our heirloom grandfather clock and Gilbert mantel clock. These clocks have been 'repaired' before by others. We found Dennis to be very honest and reliable and finally our clocks work properly.

Dennis did a great job on pur old cuckoo clock....it's keeping perfect time and the movement and action portions are perfect....he really polished it and looks new....it has sat idle for about 11 years....he also did a great job on our regulator pendulum clock which was a 5th anniversary present for my wife of 47 years....it fell off the wall about 30 mi uses after I hung it....it is totally trashed....gonna save the non wooden parts and try to build a clock....meanwhile I'll be in the dog house!!!!

Dennis was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Happy to have found his shop with a Google Maps search.

I had a fifty year old Grandmother clock that had had the mechanism replaced once. It finally quite working do to it being dirty and me spraying WD30 on it. The first guy told me 1,800 to replace mechanism. Spoke to Dennis and he said it was dirty and a bearing might need replacing. For a reasonable price, Dennis cleaned it and it runs great! He also helped me over the phone get the chimes working correctly. Dennis is an expert.
