I have been attending pilates classes with Advance Physio for many years and when \lockdown\ came last March I was devastated, how would I cope without my pilates class? However within a few weeks I had an email from Tim inviting me via \zoom\ to a virtual pilates class. I wasn't sure how it would be but it was great. I have continued to attend classes a few times a week and it has been a very important part of my routine throughout the past difficult months. Tim's delivery is exceptional and he explains everything step by step. He is able to see all the participants and can advise if he sees someone is struggling or if they are in a wrong position. I cannot stress how thankful I am to Tim for all his hard work and time he has put in to make these classes so enjoyable and to bring them into my living room. Why not give them a try you won't regret it.

I had a live video consultation with Tim due to elbow pain - he quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested some steps to reduce the pain and gave me rehab exercises. He followed up with some personalised video content and another call a week later. All in all an excellent process and result! Thanks Tim!!

Superb experience being treated by Tim. Incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough, always taking the time to explain exactly what is happening and ensuring a full understanding of procedures. Tim was more than happy to discuss any issues outside of main treatment and it was clear that he really cares about his patients and that they get positive results. Coming to this clinic was a life line to me... for nearly 2 years I lived with pain every day. I tried exercising, healthy eating, supplements etc finally I could barely walk outdoors and had to drive to the shop and take a trolly to help me round... My family and neighbours told me it was time to do something about it. I live in a terraced house with steps up to the door and bathroom upstairs.... My leg muscles were so tight I found it hard to stand... then hard to sit..... I would have to get up during the night and move around and I thought I was losing the power of my legs. How was I going to stay in my home if I couldn’t walk? Fear took over and I got an X-ray which confirmed that I needed a hip replacement. The strange thing is I had no idea that I needed this and when I came to the clinic Tim assessed me and said I had other problems as well. He advised me I should work on them first. Right away I felt I was in safe hands. After several treatments and Pilates sessions we went into the gym and eight weeks later I had no pain except hip pain.... I got my replacement hip and 5 months into my recovery am attending Pilates classes with Tim and I have NO PAIN at all.... I feel elated and energised and having feared being in a wheelchair I just can’t believe I feel 20 years younger and I can see a future ahead. I am walking easily now, no longer bent over A lesson learned.... I am 71 years old and realise being active is essential and the right type of exercise with someone to guide you is a gift. THANK YOU TIM for your skill and your determination to get me fit..... All the team are friendly and Jill the receptionist keeps us all right, she is a lovely lady. I will be continuing my classes on going.... I have found a safe and happy place at ADVANCED PHYSIO and I am not neglecting my fitness again. Mairead McDonald

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. My second time back following additional surgery. It was like someone flicked a switch. The pain eased immediately. Easy exercises to aid recover. Definitely worth a visit.
