I rented a reasonably well kept 12' trailer for a 24 hr period for a reasonable price. I am posting to make potential renters aware that if you rent on saturday Ace will not be open on Sunday, leaving guy you with two options, pay for another day or leave the item there. I could not afford another day if rental, so iI would the trailer next to the building, bought a lock for the wheel, and left the key in their mailbox. I called and left multiple messages telling them so. All of my paperwork told me to return the trailer on the Sunday by 9:41 am, so that's what I did. I heard nothing until Tuesday when a woman called asking about the trailer. I tried to explain but she quickly became rude and hung up on me before I could finish my explanation. It is yet to be seen if they will try to charge me for the days that the trailer was sitting in their parking lot. Point being, the equipment seems fine, customer service however could use some work. A five second conversation could have avoided any confusion.
