Oswaldtwistle, friendly and welcoming. My two boys, Barkley and Henry love going Myerscough Vets, as treats are always on offer after they've seen the vet!

My dog is well looked after here. Excelent service. It's a good experience even when she was poorly. They had her sorted.

Very disappointed with the service I have received by I have been with them for a very long time firstly I booked my cat in to be neutered was.told.to.bring him in and have him checked of hes gone to go ahead once checked they told be hes fine to go ahead with the neutering. After neutering surgery I realised he wasn't lifting his tail thought it may be normal.due to surgery but was still.not lifting his tail on second day rang up told them exactly how it was was told to bring him back week after when they had a.free appointment slot so toke him.back they didn't knw what happened to his tail and said take a 3 day course of tablets to see how.he gets on if no improvement then bring him back after 3 days which is what I did only to be told by the vets that she wasn't sure what it is on his tail??shocked as she is supposed to be a qualified veterinary..anyways after I left fuming they later told me there is a outstanding balance of 53 that needed to pay but didn't mention that they charge for a consultation fee not to.mention I'm only in this situation due to there lack of communication and careless conduct as noone knows what exactly happened to my cats tail really disappointed they are only after the money wont be going back.to them again

My Vets is a mighty - hopefully benign - conglomerate that has swept over the North West and is now moving into Yorkshire. They operate a modern animal hospital near Blackburn which is open 24 hours for emergencies. Appointments are easy to get (there are 5 branches easily accessible for me) and they use a computerized central appointment system. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
