I was surprised to read the review about Haley having known her to be an associates lawyer she is always very available anytime evening, morning she takes lots of nonsense from my associate to. My opinion is, they as a firm operate with a high level of immorality . It's money nothing else. Legal aid all the way even if you work or get a student loan it would appear you get get full legal aid with them. My associate was working and receiving a student loan they still got legal aid ! The lawyers I have meet are not especially expert from my experience even when they knew someone was at risk or wanted they did nothing. There defence tactics from my experience are to drag everything out as long as possible so the witness gets fatigued or terrified or withdraws. Never have I had such a bad taste in mouth as I do when I say ACA law. There are a lot of good firms in London with good,g solicitors i just don't no why anyone would chose ACA law.

I would not recommend this company, whilst i appreciate there main work is criminal law I had called up to have a document countersigned and arrange a time to come in only to be told that the person had gone for their lunch and had forgotten about me. When you make a journey and have to pay for non existent parking only to find that the lawyer is available it becomes very frustrating. I found a lovely law firm( Elton and co ) across the road who completed the task in mins.

Very poor communication felt Hayley was very unhelpful and extremely slow in processing my case and when I questioned her she became defensive and told me to find another solicitor

Unhelpful staff. Went in there to get a statutory declaration document countersigned but they told me they were unable to do it as they weren't court officials which didn't make sense. I went across the road to Citizen advice and they had a solicitor sign it for me.
