Absolute came highly recommended by a neighbor who recently had a garage built. Still, I wanted to solicit quotes from a handful of builders to ensure we were getting a good value. Two of Chicago's most well-known garage companies didn't return my phone calls. Another was considerably more expensive for a package that didn't include elements like gutters and architectural shingles, as were standard with Absolute. It made our decision to go with Absolute that much easier. While there were some very minor communication issues around project timing, we're very pleased with our experience with Absolute, from the initial consultation and quote, through the finish of the build. They offered solid value and quality workmanship.

Our family had a very specific set of wants and needs when it came to building a new garage. Sure, many companies told us they could do what we needed, but Wally at Absolute was the first to say, \I'll be back in a few days and *show* you exactly how we're going to build your dream garage.\ He did exactly that, and really put the kind of care into the project that made us feel important; like our business mattered and like he was as excited for us to do this as we were. And nothing about the process made us feel differently at any point. Sure, it's a construction project. Things take longer than you expect when you have as many moving parts and specific asks as we did. Something's bound to not go to plan, and minor things did. But the moment we hit an obstacle, we talked through the options and recommendations and it lead us to informed decisions that we feel great about. We think the end result speaks for itself, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute to anyone.
Professional, attentive and great craftsmanship. I couldn't be more happy with my garage from Absolute Garage Builders. Look at my pictures and read my review. When Wally the salesmen came by he listened and wasn't pushy. I liked some of AGB's pics and had some ideas with the concrete. Wally listened and came up with ideas I didn't think of. He saw my vision and made it more clearer with every detail he looked after. As they began I came up with some changes to the concrete step and party door. Their office with Randy's team listened and was happy and able to accommodate my wishes. They were professional and reached out ASAP via phone,text or email. I'm glad I made the decision to go with Absolute Garage Builders and you will too. My friends and neighbors always give me compliments on the garage. I strongly recommend you give them a call today!
