Very poor experience with this company. Our boiler worked fine, but was due an annual service. An engineer came to service our boiler and left it malfunctioning. A second engineer told us we had to pay for a new part. After this installation, the boiler still doesn’t work properly. Now the company is not responding to my phone calls. Left with no heating in the winter.

My email of initial enquiry was responded to quickly. All I required was a change of door lock. We agreed a time and John arrived on time, did the job quickly and assisted with cutting keys for another lock we were having an issue with. First class service at a fair price. Thanks

This unfriendly guy came to change the locks at a relative's house. He took it upon himself to move the security camera out of place and then left a used drill bit strewn on the drive.! Terrible service from a locksmith would avoid this one.
