Arranged taxi for 2.40pm so I could get to work. Taxi turned up at 2.55pm I asked how long it would take to get to my work driver replied no longer than 20 mins so I pointed out that's why I booked it for 2.40pm as I start work at 3pm. First time using this company and will certainly be the last. Do not use if looking for reliability.

Booked a taxi for a Saturday evening - call operator was very polite, took my name, phone number and address then confirmed the booking time. When it got to ten minutes after the taxi was supposed to arrive there was no sign of it. I called the company and the lady just said they had no record of such a booking. Don't use this company - if they get busy they just pretend that they have not taken your booking at all.
Very rude encounter with \Alexis\ on the phone. She told me to get the bus instead and that the taxis didn't come to my area. However, a taxi had picked me up from my area a couple days prior. I started to point this out and the lady hung up on me. Will not be using this service again!! Would vote zero stars if I could.

We booked this taxi firm on Sunday, 13th October 2019 for a pick up at 2015 hours on Saturday 19th October from the Norwood Hall hotel to the Train Station.I was accompanied by a frail elderly relative and impressed on the taxi firm that we had to make a train connection.The switchboard was very pleasant.To make absolutely certain ,we phoned to remind them on Friday 18th October.All seemed in order.Indeed to their credit ,we received a texted confirmation on Saturday morning 19th.We were impressed.At 2015 we stood in the wind and rain and darkness outside the hotel.There was no sign of a taxi!!We had three panicked phone calls and a taxi was sent at 2030 hours.The taxi driver could not have been more apologetic.The firm say that an employee did not notice the Sunday booking on their computer screen but what ,then,is the point of pre booking?This has been a ghastly experience.
